About This Song

In the late afternoon, we developed specialists for a percussion track with a roadshow twist. We were really excited about creating a full power, high-definition beat using the Congo drums - just like that, the Congo HD Roadshow Drums were born.

We tried different tempos, combining the traditional Teenmaar sound with the Congo drums. Some of the aspects sounded a bit off at first, but we kept going, adjusting and laughing at our overlapping accidents. My good friend, Scott, even suggested we try adding some extra electronic hi-hats, and those ended up pairing nicely too!

After hours of layering, mixing, and testing out transitions, everything melted into place. The Congo HD Roadshow Drums track had a natural feel, energy, and sound we'd love to unleash and vibe with - perfect for a roadshow. Even in final mix down, we could hardly believe all the different elements we blended and were proud of our product.
